The Automotive Leadership Roundtable connects the top industry leaders through a series of high-impact experiences where the best and the brightest leaders share strategies that help each other grow professionally and personally.
The Automotive Leadership Roundtable (ALR) brings together the #1 top selling dealers from each brand, an elite group of top performing dealers, top OEM executives and industry thought leaders who participate in exclusive, By Invitation Only, 24-hour high-impact events that include intense learning during the day with an extraordinary experience at night.

The first event of the year is the Automotive Leadership Roundtable & Awards Dinner held at the Versace Mansion in Miami Beach each March where the #1 top dealers in each brand are recognized along with the recipients of the prestigious Automotive Leadership Legacy Awards whose careers have had a positive impact and have left a lasting legacy.

ALR has received high praise for its excellence and focus on leadership. NADA Chairman Bill Underriner says it’s the best industry event he’s been to. Grant Cardone has called it the “Oscars of the Auto Industry.”

The Automotive Leadership Roundtable also hosts exclusive events and dinners throughout the year to connect leaders who help one another learn, grow and improve while enjoying unique, once in a life time experiences.

Sean Wolfington founded the Automotive Leadership Roundtable with the intent of bringing together the best and brightest minds in the business who want to help one another constantly learn, grow and improve while recognizing the hard work of the top selling dealers in the country through the Automotive Leadership Awards.

Cliff Banks, the director of ALR, has a long history in the automotive retail industry as the editorial director for Ward’s Dealer Business Magazine for several years, and most recently, Dealer Communications. He is committed to helping dealers continue to grow their businesses.

April 14th - VIP Cocktail Reception:

Delightful hors d'oevres and cocktails will be served on the La Cote Terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, creating an intimate gathering while mingling with the best and brightest in the auto industry.

April 15th (Daytime) - Automotive Leadership Roundtable:
An all-day Roundtable symposium at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach featuring high-powered talks from the #1 top selling dealers, NADA Chairman David Westcott, Cesar Conde, president of Univision Networks; Doug Frisbie, head of automotive for Facebook; Grant Cardone; senior level executives from the OEMs and other industry leaders. Special guest speakers include Jack Harbaugh, noted football coach and father of John and Jim Harbaugh, the first brothers to coach against each other in the SuperBowl and Rudy Ruettiger, the famous Notre Dame football player from the beloved movie Rudy.

March 15th (Evening) - Automotive Leadership Roundtable Awards Dinner on the Fontainebleau Ocean Lawn:
A five-star reception and dinner concert with Grammy Award-winning Artist Bruce Hornsby followed by an after-dinner party at one of Miami's most iconic hotels - the Fontainebleau Miami Beach celebrating the achievements of the #1 selling dealers of each brand and the 2013 recipient of the Automotive Leadership Legacy Award.

LOCATION: Fontainebleau Miami Beach Ocean Lawn

VIP RECEPTION: 7:00 p.m.

DINNER: 8:30 p.m.

AFTER DINNER PARTY: 10:30 p.m.

DRESS: Business Casual
