The Automotive Leadership Roundtable & Awards, hosted by David Westcott, the Chairman of NADA, brings together the best and brightest leaders in the industry to share best practices and to recognize the #1 top selling dealerships from each brand. The ALR (Automotive Leadership Roundtable) is an exclusive, 24- hour, By Invitation Only event that includes intense learning during the day from extraordinary speakers and social networking experiences at night during the awards dinner where guests will enjoy a private dinner concert with Grammy Award winning musician Bruce Hornsby. "It's the Oscars of the Auto Industry," said Grant Cardone, best selling author and noted sales expert.

This year’s Keynote will be delivered by Jack Harbaugh, former NFL player and coach, who will share his insights on fostering, excellence with his history-making sons who were the first brothers to serve as head coaches on opposing sidelines in a Super Bowl. The speakers at the all-day Leadership Roundtable include thought leaders from Google, Facebook, Univision, TrueCar, Datium and many of the #1 selling dealers for the industries top franchises. 

Previous speakers have included the #1 selling dealers for the following franchises: Chevy, Honda, Acura, Audi, Masserati, Buick, Nissan, Mercedes and Lexus. New speakers will be announced on the website as they are confirmed. Non industry speakers will include Jack Harbaugh and Rudy Ruettiger (the real Rudy that inspired the film about his life).

The 24-hour experience will include 3 high-impact experiences:


    1. April 14th (Evening) - Invited guests will enjoy a cocktail reception on the Upper La Cote Terrace overlooking the Ocean.
